Pad printing automation for printing polishing discs

This machine is built to print on foam-plastic polishing discs. These discs are used to apply wax on cars and to polish them. De automation is built up out of 2 TTN 350/150 open inkwell machines, connected to a linear conveyor. An inkjet printer is also built onto the conveyor to print a batch code, serial number and production date on each disc.

This machine can print about 1200 discs per hour in 2-colors.
